As the winner of multiple awards ranging from 3 SAMA’s and 3 Metro FM awards, most recently the Best R&B album of 2007, Loyiso is also known for his recent style awards including “You” Magazine and GQ’s most stylish male in the country.  Loyiso Bala personifies the definition of the Best multi -faceted R&B artist on the African continent and this has recently been reaffirmed through his 5 SAMA 2008 nominations.

After overwhelming success with TKZee, on the Album the Guz which sold over 150,000 records.  Loyiso released the EP Musukukhala”, the single “Silky Soft Skin” as well as two albums “Wine Woman and Song” and “Amplified”. This solidified Loyiso’s reputation as South Africa’s king of R&B artist.

Loyiso’s ability as a live performer has been seen by fans in over 16 countries, and at the end of 2002, Loyiso embarked on a world tour that saw him stopping off in London, America and Asia as ell as performances in Dubai and other areas in the middle east. Other highlight performances include several Miss South Africa Awards, Miss World appearances and being chosen as an ambassador for the 46664 campaign, which sees Loyiso undertaking several charitable and worthwhile causes such as acting in school plays and performing at charitable events. The most recent spectacle shows include performing alongside Brian Mcknight and Akon.

But do not think that Loyiso is resting on his considerable achievements.

Hi current singles ‘I want you’ & ‘Blow Your Mind’ have been destroying the airwaves on just about every station in the country. With the recording of the album done, all that’s left for Loyiso is to take his new & most loved material to his fans. “Live is where I am able to bring everything I love about music together on one great platform”.
