Professional Speaker. Comedian.
Reluctant Management Consultant.

If you are looking for a professional speaker that's humorous and informative, then Jeetesh Kathawaroo is that speaker.
Let Jeetesh share his business expertise with your audience, whilst they have a good laugh too.

A wise, old consultant once told Jeetesh that “There are two ways to react
to most business situations - you can either laugh or cry.” And crying
during working hours is usually considered very unprofessional, so you
may as well go and have a good laugh!

Jeetesh Kathawaroo is a professional speaker, comedian and a reluctant
management consultant. With a deep understanding of business, quick wit and his own unique style, Jeetesh's presentations will entertain and inform - and all without the help of PowerPoint.

With over twelve years of experience, Jeetesh has had a successful career as a management consultant, specialising in business process re-engineering and implementing IT systems in large organisations. He has worked in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Mining, Defence, Petrochemical, Government, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Advertising. His consulting has taken him to clients in the UK, Switzerland and South Africa. With an analytical mind, a calm approach and an ability to fit comfortably into a Business Class seat, his consulting services are in high demand.

As a stand-up comedian, Jeetesh has performed at clubs across the country,
including regular appearances at Carnival City, the Blues Room and Cool
Runnings. He has appeared on stage with Russell Peters, John Vlismas, Mel Miller, “Michael Naiker” (Kevin Perkins), Darren “Whackhead” Simpson, Conrad Koch and David Kau.

Jeetesh is available as a key-note, conference and after-dinner speaker, as well as a master of ceremonies.
Jeetesh Kathawaroo tackles real business issues with a refreshing dose of
reality and humour. Jeetesh's presentations include:

· Business Unusual
It's like Carte Blanche, but without Derek Watts and much funnier.

While the world flashes past us at breakneck speed, stop for a breather and let Jeetesh give you an update of what's going in the world. He'll give you a punchy and very humorous look at what is happening in business, politics and society and what the impact is on your business. Make a booking now, before someone tells you that "the only constant is change".

· Show Some Leadership... For a Change
Leadership Re-engineered - now only three habits needed!

Every week there's a new, revolutionary way to become a better leader; there's a new leadership "must read" at the bookshop and don't forget the new leadership lessons to be learnt from flying squirrels. Let Jeetesh cut through the hype and hysteria and distill some of the key leadership principles he's learnt from consulting, what to do and for goodness sake, what not to do!

· In Search of Failure
How to turn your organisation into a dismal failure in a few easy steps!

There's a wealth of information on how to run a successful business, which is all well and good, but Jeetesh's management consulting experience also shows some valuable lessons on how to avoid failure.

· People are our most valuable asset... yeah right!
Real life talent management.

With quality skills being in such short supply, it is imperative for your organisation to get the right people on board, make the best use of their scarce skills and try its best to keep them for as long as possible. It also helps to get rid of the idiots.

· I promise - it is possible to enjoy work!
Work enjoyment isn't an oxymoron.

There are, apparently, some very strange people that come to work and enjoy it. For others, it's just a daily grind. But let Jeetesh share his ideas on why it is possible to enjoy your work and how to make this a reality. He's worked for banks, so he should know!

· How to screw-up an IT implementation in three easy steps!
And sometimes, you don't even need three steps...

IT implementations are notorious for their high failure rates. Let Jeetesh share his experience and lessons learnt from far too many unhealthy IT implementations, including budget miracles, work-shy resources, dodgy vendors and implementation date delusions.

Do you have any specific business topics that you would like Jeetesh to speak on?

Jeetesh has the ability to add his unique sense of humour to a wide variety of topics. He can sit down with you, discuss what content you want covered, where humour can be added and where it can't and will customise a presentation for your exact requirements. Jeetesh has presented customised talks, all with a healthy dose of humour, on topics as diverse as
project management techniques, total quality management, activity-based costing and work-life balance.
