The three sexy ladies from Cape Town whom we have all grown to love, namely Tarryn Lamb, Samantha Heldsinger and Tamsyn Maker, have just become a whole lot sexier! Having made music together for the past nearly two years, and having performed live as a singing and dancing trio throughout South Africa, the girls have decided it’s time to change up a gear!

Over the last two years, these three gorgeous ladies have received a SAMA nomination, and enjoyed a string of hit records, including ‘Be Mine Tonight’, ‘Five More Minutes’, ‘Play to Win’, ‘In Stereo’ and ‘You Get Used to It’ which have all enjoyed high rotation airtime all over South Africa. Between them the girls draw on experiences gained from theatre school, Vaudeville appearances, acting, modelling, dancing and singing to mould their stage performance into a fun-filled dynamic singing and dancing package that goes far beyond the power and pleasure of their highly rated vocals and stunning visual appeal.

The girls’ well-choreographed exciting live act has been developed into a tight-knit, highly professional unit which has performed on numerous high-profile television appearances.   They have featured prominently, and to enthusiastic acclaim, at many prestigious live events around South Africa and surrounding countries.   Apart from being in huge demand at major corporate functions, events such as Cape Town’s Kfm K-Day and Johannesburg’s Highveld 94.7 Jo’burg Day, attended by twenty thousand avid fans, have ensured the good-standing and excellent reputation of Tarryn, Samantha and Tamsyn as a group – not to mention their highly successful 2010 appearances on Miss South Africa and numerous Soccer World Cup Fan Park concerts.

The girls, with their stunning good looks, professional and energetic dance routines and outstanding rapport with their audiences, topped off with Tarryn’s absolutely superb vocal talents, have enthralled and captivated audiences of all ages and cultures.   They have proved to be a huge success wherever they perform and, as Ambassadors for the Springbok Rugby Supporters’ Club, have regularly appeared at various rugby functions, culminating in the huge farewell to the team at Nelson Mandela Square as they embarked on their trip to New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup.

The girls came into prominence during the 2010 Soccer World Cup here in South Africa, where the name La Vuvuzela was very appropriate at the time.   With the World Cup now a thing of the past, the time is right for a fresh new name and new horizons. Tarryn, Samantha and Tamsyn look forward to new and exciting future challenges, under the new name LADYLICIOUS!

Many ambitious plans are in the process of being finalised and will be announced shortly, but meanwhile, LadyLicious have just finished recording a brand new hit track which promises to “P.I.M.P” out the music business and ignite dance floors in clubs and venues across South Africa! Listen out for this new hit called PARTY IN MY PANTS (P.I.M.P) which sets the tone for some serious partying this festive season!

LadyLicious’ first major performance under their new name was at the recent highly popular and spectacular Switching On of the Christmas Lights in Cape Town where they strutted their stuff to an amazing 80,000 highly appreciative fans!   They have also been booked to adorn the stage at Cape Town’s festive and flamboyant annual MCQP.   The girls are clearly off to an excellent start with their new name and new recording ... watch this space!
