DJ Scott became a well recognised name in the music industry by spending most of the 90’s in famous night clubs playing his soulful tunes to adoring audiences. He developed a cult like following attracting hordes of diverse crowds to popular night spots including Syndrome, Heaven, The Base and Ground Level.
Competing in 4 Battle of the DJ Competitions, including Top 100 Jocks, DJ Scott always reached Top 5 Status. From 1999 – 2001 DJ Scott co-hosted a show on YFM, sponsored by Heineken and Camel.
Tobacco Advertising Legislation saw the end of the sponsorship and DJ Scott sought out the reputable Shattered Glass Group (Pty) Ltd where he worked for 4 years, he showcased his talents for their many events during the course of his contract with them. Highlights of DJ Scott’s time at Shattered Glass included playing for VIPs on a Yacht for cellular Giant – MTN, Nashua Mobile, ATNS, SITA, Oracle, Bid Vest, Octagon and Coca Cola. DJ Scott has now gone independent and is available to work his magic on the decks for any occasion by personal booking. |
