A new name on the house market has risen in the form of MIZA (Tumi Modibedi).  Rising from The Trevor Edmond Group production house that brought you the smash hit ‘Nka Mo Dira’, Nutty Nys’ protégé MIZA has emerged with a heroic and possibly the hottest summer track entitled ‘Superhero’. ‘Superhero’ features Flabba, the iconic member of South African rap supergroup Skwatta Kamp.

Based in Johannesburg, MIZA has been seen all around the world in countries such as Brazil, Mozambique and Scotland to name a few. MIZA has great experience in the live house scene but this not his only speciality; he has also presented and appeared on many major TV productions such as Generations, Binnelanders, Cool Cats and Real Peeps. MIZA’s talents don’t end there… He is currently a radio DJ on VCR 90.6FM hosting the late night show from Monday to Wednesday nights where he showcases cutting edge new music and plays the hits for his adoring fans.

MIZA also took up the producer’s chair on select tracks on Nutty Nys’ critically acclaimed and SAMA nominated album ‘Vintage Love’ having being instrumental in producing the hit single ‘Loving You’ in conjunction with Nutty Nys.  MIZA’s debut album ‘Moon Dancing’ was produced over a 9 month period blending soulful house grooves with catchy melodies. Stand out tracks include ‘Acapella’ and ‘The Sound Of Life’ featuring Robert Carvallo. ‘Moon Dancing’ is out in stores and will be supported by a world tour starting in Gauteng.
